Who Was Your Original Card Provider?

There are a number of Pleasure Craft Operator Card providers in Canada.

Please check what company you originally obtained your card from.

If MyBoatCard.com provided your card:

   - You would have received a registration and confirmation email from us.

   - The MyBoatCard.com logo would be visible on your card. 

If you do not have an email in your inbox from MyBoatCard.com or there is a different logo on your card - you obtained your original card from a provider other than MyBoatCard.com.

If MyBoatCard.com was your original card provider:

If MyBoatCard.com was not your original provider:

In order for MyBoatCard.com to issue you a replacement card, Transport Canada requires that you provide one of the following:

1. A picture of your original operator card - please note the name, date of birth, date of issue and card number must be clearly visible in the picture. It needs to be a picture of your physical card - we can not accept a picture of a paper copy or temporary PCOC, or
2. If you do not have a picture of your original operator card you will need to request an authorization letter from Transport Canada. If your original PCOC provider is no longer in business - Transport Canada will issue you an Authorization Letter that will allow MyBoatCard.com to issue you a replacement card.If your original provider is still operational - Transport Canada inform you who the operator is and they will direct you to reach out to your original provider to get a replacement card.
