To obtain a replacement card :
Option 1 : If you have a photo of your original PCOC - please click the "Upload" button below to upload your photo and order a replacement card.
Option 2 : If you do not have a photo of your original PCOC, you would need to contact your original PCOC provider to request a replacement. If your original provider is no longer in business, you can email Transport Canada - pcoc-ccep@tc.gc.ca - to request an Authorization Letter and upload it below.

If you do not have a photo of your original PCOC, you would need to contact your original PCOC provider to request a replacement.
If your original provider is no longer in business you can email Transport Canada to request an Authorization Letter: pcoc-ccep@tc.gc.ca
Please include your full name and date of birth in your email to Transport Canada.
Once Transport Canada has provided you with an Authorization Letter, please return to this web page and upload the document to obtain your replacement PCOC.
