Do I need a boating license in Alberta?

How many questions are on the Alberta boating test?

The Transport Canada PCOC exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. To pass the exam, a score of at least 75% (38 out of 50) is required.

Is the exam open book?

How long do I have to complete the exam?

The Alberta boating license exam has a time limit of 75 minutes to complete. You do not have to complete the exam in one sitting – you can leave the exam and log back in to complete it when you are ready.
